Often
they are gaining excess body fat, not because they are eating too much food, but
rather because the body is increasing the size of the person's fat cells, in
order to store various toxins there.
Toxins? Where do the toxins come from?
These are man-made toxins like heavy metals, parasites, pesticides, preservatives, food additives, pollutants, plastics and other environmental chemicals plus chemicals from personal care and cleaning products. They are fat soluble and unlike the water soluble toxins they cannot be easily flushed from the body. The poor overworked liver has no option but to store them in your fat cells and the more toxins you are exposed to - the more fat cells your body will make to accommodate the toxins.
Of course there are some chemicals that we have no control over - but the one area which we can all make a HUGE difference is in the chemicals that we are voluntarily using on our hair and body and to clean our homes.
Be smart and use safe products and you can reduce the toxic overload by a huge amount.
Once you have committed to do that, you can then lose the fat which has accumulated on your body and which you have been struggling to get rid of and this Last Diet* protocol is simple, fast and very effective. There is no sense in losing weight easily with the help of this protocol however, if you are going to be continuing to add more toxins into your body, so committing to change is vital. 50 years ago it was easy to stay 'non toxic' after the weight goal was 'set' as there were not the thousands of toxic chemicals in regular daily use like there are in the 21st century
A British doctor living in Italy concluded after his research into obesity 50 years ago:
Does that sound familiar?
Good! It does to many of us!
So now we can stop blaming ourselves. We are not lazy or greedy, we DO NOT need to have more discipline, take more exercise or make better choices. We need to STIMULATE our hypothalamus to release the toxic abnormal fat that is being held in our cells. You can do it in 3 easy steps, reducing toxic overload, adding in supplements to support your body and using homeopathic Last Diet* drops to stimulate the hypothalamus.
Important:
“We are particularly averse to those modern cosmetics which contain hormones, as any interference with endocrine regulations during treatment must be absolutely avoided"
Bear in mind that this was said 50 years ago when the problem was not anywhere near as overpowering as it is now. There are many potentially harmful ingredients in most everything that you find in the supermarkets, health shops and pharmacies today and many people don’t realise that they are actually compromising their health and the health of their families just by living life in ignorance of this issue.
So nowadays it’s not just ‘modern cosmetics’ - it’s toothpaste, shampoo, skincare, home care and even in the baby care ranges It’s a major issue because on top of that, we don’t have the nutrients in our food these days to counteract the problem.
So having said that please be prepared to supplement to help support
your body especially if you are committed to take on this protocol seriously
and really believe that this will be YOUR LAST DIET EVER!!
The human body is made up of 3 types of fat.
The first fat is called structural fat and it is packed around our organs and acts as a protection. We need this fat to prevent any damage that may be caused by trauma to the body
We also have normal fat which is the padding that our body needs. It’s often this fat that we lose when we diet – hence we can look gaunt and emaciated in some places like around the neck area but the ‘other’ fat that we are desperate to lose, stays where it is.
The third type
of fat – is abnormal /
toxic fat and is
the excess fat on our bodies which we can't lose. This is the fat that is
targeted when we diet but which seems to love to stick like glue to the places
where we hate it to be the most! You know, the love handles, spare tyre, belly
and that well known type of fat in Australia we call ‘muffin top’ spilling out
over our waistband.
This fat is
often wrapped around toxic contaminants which invade our bodies through the
food we eat and the chemicals that we come into contact with.
This includes chemicals which are absorbed through our skin by the use of personal care and cleaning products containing questionable ingredients.
These have the potential to affect the immune system, irritate the eyes,
lungs and skin and even disrupt the delicate hormonal systems of the body.
As we already pointed out, these potentially toxic chemicals are trapped in our fat cells and both the fat and the toxins should be released by the action of the hypothalamus. However this will not happen if the hypothalamus is not working properly!
