You begin taking the drops
For the first 2 days* you ‘fat load’

While eating 500 calories of food the body is releasing 1500 - 4,000 calories of stubborn toxic fat
stores. This is the fat that is carried in all those places where it is difficult to shift. This is the reason you will not feel hungry even though you are not eating very much Remember - NO exercise!!
It seems to take about 2 days on drops before abnormally deposited fat begins to circulate and it becomes available to be used by the body
If there is no extra fat from the gorging stage, unacceptable hunger will be felt for about a week....if done correctly there is no hunger experienced at all.
It will be too easy to stop if hunger is felt so perseverance is required
It is normal that when the Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) is started the weight released makes up for the fat loading gain
As you release the weight - you will be losing inches at a rate that will astound and delight you!

‘It takes about 3 weeks before the weight reached at the end of the diet becomes stable, i.e. does not show violent fluctuations after an occasional excess. During this period people must realize that the so-called carbohydrates, that is sugar, rice, bread, potatoes, pastries etc, are by far the most dangerous.
If no carbohydrates whatsoever are eaten, fats can be indulged somewhat more liberally and even small quantities of alcohol, such as a glass of wine with meals, does no harm, but as soon as fats and starch are combined things are very liable to get out of hand’

It is of utmost importance that the meal is skipped on the same day as the scale registers an increase of more than two pounds (.9 of a kilo),and that missing the meals is not postponed until the following day’
Your 500 Calories a Day Diet
You must have 100g of a different meat, fish or seafood choice at each meal and always choose a different veggie option for each meal too
Make sure you weigh the meat, fish or seafood RAW
Add up the calories for your fruit choice add on the carb choice (melba toast or grisini stick, Pure Harvest Rice Crackers for Australia) and make up the calories to 500 for the whole day with the veggies.
You
must drink 2 – 3 litres of water, not doing so will slow down your weight loss

The same rule applies to oils - absolute avoidance of oils and fats in this phase - including those in your personal care and no massages!
Important to note;
‘The diet used in conjunction with the drops must not exceed 500 calories per day, and the way these calories are made up is of utmost importance. The juice of one lemon daily is allowed for all purposes. Salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, sweet basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram, etc may be used for seasoning, but no oil, butter or dressing.
Every item in the list is gone over carefully, continually stressing the point that no variations other than those listed may be introduced.
